We manage each project with attention to detail, code compliance, and craftsmanship, delivering reliable, on-time, and on-budget outcomes.

1. Relationship to Construction Contract

These Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the signed Construction Contract (“Contract”) between you (the client) and R.A Services LLC. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Contract, the Contract shall govern. The Contract controls project-specific details including scope, payments, timelines, warranties, and cancellation rights.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and engage in our Services. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization or as an authorized agent, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Privacy and Consent

We respect your privacy. By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Data you provide through quotes, emails, or service requests will be treated confidentially and not shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, service descriptions, and logos, is the property of R.A Services LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without prior written permission.

6. Project Terms & Conditions

Changes to Scope and Change Orders: All changes or modifications to the scope of work outlined in the Contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties as formal change orders. No verbal agreements or informal communications shall alter the agreed scope or price.

Project Timeline and Delays: All project timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to reasonable delays due to circumstances beyond R.A Services LLC’s control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, acts of God, supply
chain issues, or delays caused by the client’s failure to perform their obligations under the Contract.

Right of Rescission: You have the statutory right to rescind or cancel the Contract without penalty within three (3) business days
following the date of signing, as detailed in the Contract’s Notice of Cancellation section.

Warranty: R.A Services LLC warrants that all work will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in
accordance with industry standards. A warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of project completion applies, except as otherwise specified by manufacturer warranties. Details are governed by the signed Contract.

Insurance and Indemnification: R.A Services LLC maintains liability insurance as required by law. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R.A
Services LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, negligence, or breach of the Contract. Refer to the Contract for full indemnity provisions.

No Liens and Payment Withholding: R.A Services LLC and its subcontractors shall not file any mechanics’ liens against your property for payments covered under the Contract. You may withhold payments if work is defective or if the contractor fails to meet contractual obligations, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the Contract.

7. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Estimates & Contracts: Project estimates are provided upon request and may be subject to change based on the final scope of work and materials selected. Commencement of work shall occur only after the execution of a written contract signed by both parties.

Payment Methods: Payments may be made via Cash, Check, PayPal, or Credit Card, as agreed upon.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of appointments or services prior to execution of a written contract shall incur no fees or penalties. If a contract has been executed and you subsequently cancel, the deposit paid shall be retained by R.A Services LLC as a non refundable cancellation fee. No further cancellation fees or penalties will apply beyond forfeiture of the deposit.

8. Data Retention and Marketing Use

We maintain ongoing communication with previous customers and retain customer information (including photos, videos, and content related to projects) for marketing and service update purposes. Use of such content is with your implied verbal consent, and we aim to maintain transparency to avoid conflicts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, R.A Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services. Due to variable project conditions, we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. R.A Services LLC does not endorse or control these sites and is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services for reasons including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. This applies to all users, logged in or not, including but not limited to misuse of contact forms, quote requests, or email communications; abusive behaviors such as spam submissions, hacking attempts, or scraping data; misuse of services or business relationships (e.g., false project information, harassment, fraud); or attempts to copy or misuse website content without permission.
